1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sharps application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sharps is an AI-powered interface for browsing prediction market data and executing trades on the Solana blockchain. The App provides:

  • Market data aggregation from prediction market platforms
  • AI-generated market analysis and trade cards
  • An AI copilot for market research and discovery
  • Trade execution via DFlow swap API on Solana
  • Creator referral tracking and analytics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use the App. Prediction market trading may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

4. Wallet & Trading

The App does not custody funds. All trading occurs through your self-custodial Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet and private keys
  • Understanding the risks of prediction market trading
  • Reviewing and approving all transactions before signing
  • Any financial losses resulting from trades

5. AI Disclaimers

AI-generated content (trade cards, copilot responses, market analysis) is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. AI analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always conduct your own research before trading.

6. Creator Program

Creators who sign up for referral tracking agree to use the platform in good faith. Manipulation of referral metrics, spam, or abuse of the creator program may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the creator program at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Market manipulation or wash trading
  • Automated scraping or abuse of API endpoints
  • Impersonation of other users or creators
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumventing rate limits or access controls

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, WALLET COMPROMISES, OR SMART CONTRACT FAILURES.

9. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to: network congestion, transaction failures, smart contract bugs, price volatility, and regulatory changes. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
