Sharps ("we", "our", or "the App") provides an AI-powered prediction market trading interface built on the Solana blockchain. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Sharps mobile application and web platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Wallet Information

When you connect a Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare), we receive your public wallet address. We do not access, store, or control your private keys.

2.2 Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the app experience. This includes Copilot queries (anonymized) and market browsing activity.

2.3 Creator Accounts

If you sign up as a Creator, we store your chosen handle, display name, wallet addresses, and referral code. This information is used to track referral attribution and display your creator profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the prediction market trading interface
  • To generate AI-powered market analysis and trade cards
  • To process trade intents through the DFlow swap API on Solana
  • To track creator referral metrics and conversion funnels
  • To improve our AI models and user experience

4. Blockchain Transactions

All trades executed through Sharps occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. Transaction data, including wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps, is recorded permanently on-chain. We do not control or have the ability to reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Data Storage & Security

We store data in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on Vercel. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Kalshi — Market data sourced from Kalshi prediction markets
  • Venice AI — AI model provider for market analysis and copilot features
  • DFlow — Swap API for executing trades on Solana
  • Vercel — Application hosting and edge functions

7. Your Rights

You may disconnect your wallet at any time to stop sharing your public address with the app. Creator accounts can be deactivated upon request. For data deletion requests, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
